Where can i learn about adult day care laws?

i need somewhere to find information on operating an adult day care center for seniors..preferably illinois

Try the State Department of Human Services. This is the office that usually handles licensing of Child day care centers and adult care too. They know all of the state laws and they can mail you a thick packet with everything that you need to know.
