There is a set of rules that state how much cage space each animal requires, as she couldn't mix rodents or birds from different owners, each would need it's own cage and in such a small area there would be a lot of natural aggression from already stressed pets. She couldn't use the same sink she uses for food preparation for commercial animal husbandry. She will need to keep records and be ready for suprise inspections.
