Make a poster and put it on the lawn where families can see it. Tell people who have kids or have your parents mention it to their friends who have kids. Basically, the more you tell others and get the advertising, then the more business you will get. BE CAREFUL... if you put your phone number on posters and flyers, that means ANYONE can call you. You never know, a child predator might give you a call so ALWAYS use good judgement. Make sure you are acquainted to the people whose kids you are babysitting and to be on the safe side. Have your parents go with you to the family's home (if you are going to babysit there) for the first time to meet the parents. Good luck...
