Listen Noe, do it the right way.Go to your local community college and get the proper training. This is not a 'lemonade stand' kids project. You WILL be liable for children safety and more. Talk to your parents and teachers before you commit to this.

If you are in the UK it is illegal to look after other children at your age. However, there are plenty of people who won't care, so you could ask your parents to put a card up in a newsagent. I did that at 16, just wrote 'reliable babysitter available' and I got lots of customers. Make sure they all go to your parents first, so they can check them out for you.

Ask your parents to talk to people at work to see if they need any babysitting, put some ads up on the streets, talk to neighbors, and there aren't really any websites for babysitting as it's not really a huge business. You could also try other ways of earning extra money by running errands for your parents, shoveling snow, mowing the grass during the summer, and maybe internships but I'm not sure if you can since your age is below 16. You should hang notes up around your neighborhood, saying you can do babysitting, and providing an e-mail/phone number etc..
Practice on your little sister!
